Is this Britain's best bus driver?

This video went viral and made the news. Even a Facebook page was created so people can "Like it". The bus drives up the hill as if there's no snow on it at all, while motorists - many in 4x4s - struggle with the treacherous conditions. Supposedly the driver is Polish.
