Martin Oliwa - a talent from the east of Europe

With his business in Poland about to fail due to recession Martin Oliva decides to try his luck in England. He comes to London - the city of opportunities - and based on his portfolio gets multiple job offers. Now, a few years down the line Martin has a well established reputation, his name is a brand in itself, has many returning clients and even won the title of Best Jeweler in Britain.
Apparently the products of his hands are worthy of stealing (or at least attempting).

Martin now has plans to open a store and establish a presence on the commercial retail market.
I'd like to wish Martin continued success in making the polish community proud of him.

Polish Boy - a dish from Ohio

The Polish Boy is a sausage sandwich native to Cleveland, Ohio. It consists of a piece of kielbasa sausage placed in a bun, and covered with a layer of french fries, a layer of barbecue sauce or hot sauce, and a layer of coleslaw. While the sausage is typically grilled, some establishments will quickly deep fry the sausage after grilling and prior to assembling the sandwich. While Polish Boys can be found at various establishments throughout Cleveland, a popular place is Freddie's Southern Style Rib House, known for their southern style barbecue sauce. Esquire named theirs as one of the best sandwiches in America, calling it "soul on white."
